Keynote | The Architecture of Experience
"Designing for People, Designing for Profitability"
Two innovative thinkers, Joel Van Dyke and Marc Bolick, of DesignThinkers Group share their expertise in using design thinking to craft memorable customer experiences for business. Good customer experience design requires a human-centered approach that is equally appropriate for small businesses, not-for-profits, and global companies.
Their company is part of a global organization that uses design thinking in their work with corporations and governments around the world. DesignThinkers Group works with national corporations such as Coca-Cola, SAP, and Michelin, as well as local and regional companies.
During the March 4th keynote, Van Dyke and Bolick will discuss the design process and provide tools for creating engaging customer experiences. On March 5th, the design thinkers will lead a hands-on workshop. Participants will use design thinking tools to understand customers, develop insights, and design experiences to grow business.
